Golden Triangle & Tigers

Discover the very best of India; from its incredible architecture and ancient palaces, to the beautiful tigers in Ranthambore National Park.

Day 1

After arriving at Delhi's international airport, you'll be transferred to your hotel for the night. 

Day 2

The first half of your day will be at your leisure.

After lunch, transfer to Jaipur (approx 6 hours), and embark on a sightseeing tour. This will include some time exploring the impressive City Palace, along with the Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observation site and UNESCO World Heritage site. Later, check into your hotel. 

Day 3

On the third day you'll get the chance to explore the ancient capital of Amber, along with its magnificent fort, taking a jeep ride to the top. You'll also visit the 'Palace of Winds', also known as Hawa Mahal. Later in the day, transfer to Ranthambore where you'll get to spend the rest of the evening at your leisure. 

Day 4

First thing in the morning, before breakfast, head out on a game drive and explore Ranthambore's National Park, where you'll get the opportunity to spot Bengal tigers in their natural habitat, along with incredible birdlife. More than 270 different bird species reside in this park, along with leopards, hyenas, mongoose and more. During the afternoon you will be able to enjoy a second game drive to make the most of your surroundings. Return to your hotel, and stay overnight in Ranthambore. 

Day 5

After a satisfying breakfast, you'll transfer to Agra (approx 7 hours), en-route stopping to visit Abhaneri Stepwell and Fatehpur Sikri - a deserted ancient city, built in the late 16th century. After having explored the palaces and mosques, you'll head to your hotel, for dinner and an overnight stay. 

Day 6

Today you'll head off to visit one of the most impressive monuments of the world - the Taj Mahal. Afterwards, visit the Agra Fort, before heading back to Delhi (approx 4 hours). Check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at your leisure. 

Day 7

Your final day includes a city tour of Old Delhi. Witness the Red Fort and Jama Masjid, one of Asia's largest mosques. You'll also explore New Delhi, paying a visit to Humayun's Tomb, the India Gate and the parliament building. Later in the evening you will head back to the airport for your onward flight.
