A short introduction to Goan cuisine

With chicken xacuti, Goan fish curry and bebinca cake all common occurrences on a Goan-inspired menu, you won’t have to travel far to find and enjoy these dishes. Coconut, red chillies and spices are popular ingredients for the savoury dishes, but coconut is also prevalent in many of the most traditional desserts too.
