Set on the golden sweeping sands of Calangute Beach, this family-run hotel enjoys a tranquil atmosphere in a truly sought-after setting.

What we love

  • The grounds offer a perfect peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of Calangute village with direct access to a fantastic beach.

Good to know

  • The rooms have all been renovataed to a good level. Standard rooms are smaller in size than upgraded rooms and located in the main building. Deluxe rooms are in a separate wing and have exclusive access to their own pool.

Bliss beside the beach

We’re delighted to offer the Chalston Beach Resort in our hotel collection, a hotel comprising well-kept colourful gardens full of citrus, hibiscus and palm trees. You’ll discover a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the nearby beach resort as soon as you set foot in the grounds of the hotel.

There’s nothing better than relaxing with a book on Chalston Beach Resort’s pristine lawns while looking out across the golden sands and towards the Arabian Sea, or sunbathing beside the inviting pool. While the facilities may not be as extensive as at some of the larger hotels, you’ll  enjoy comfort and quality throughout your stay, complemented by a refreshing sea breeze and friendly atmosphere.

Comfort and convenience at Chalston Beach Resort

The bedrooms are all renovated and spread over three buildings, including the more recenlty added Deluxe area with its own swimming pool, with a handful of traditional cottages dotted around the grounds. They are tastefully decorated and have their own small balcony or terrace, where you can enjoy the cooling air and take in the serene setting. The rooms come equipped with a television, tea/coffee-making facilities and air-conditioning, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

The hotel’s central location is ideal for exploring the vibrant resort of Calangute, with its colourful craft stalls and variety of restaurants and bars; though others may be drawn to the hotel’s restaurant. Overlooking the beach, the restaurant serves a good choice of regional and international cuisine; it’s the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner or perhaps an exotic cocktail while watching the fabulous sunsets.

Official local hotel rating: 3 star plus
