How can our resort team help you?

We work with in-resort representatives so that when you visit you’ll have the benefit of being able to tap into local knowledge, as we employ local people. Whether you want to know where the best places are to eat, what the best excursions are or how to get a great deal at the local market, you can head out and explore with complete confidence.

Our representatives are also great for recommending local festivals and events. If you happen to be in Goa for an event, they can explain where the best festivities are and if you want to, how you can get involved.

As you may already know, we pride ourselves on our customer service, so we do as much as we can to make sure your holiday runs as smoothly as possible. And, our in-resort team are an essential aspect to making sure we can achieve this. They provide you with support 24/7 including emergency support should you need it, but most importantly, they are there as little or as much as you need. If you’re an independent traveller you can explore until your heart’s content, or if you want lots of advice, we cater to your needs too.
