Here's what you can enjoy both in and out of the hotel grounds...

The Alila Diwa Goa is a simply stunning hotel, and you’d be forgiven for wanting to spend the entirety of your holiday relaxing there. The two-tiered infinity pool overlooking plush rice paddies and coconut groves is the perfect place from which to soak up the sunshine, and Majorda Beach being just a short stroll away offers guests easy access to soft golden sands – what more could you want?

However, even if you are a true sun worshipper, exploring your hotel’s surrounding area and even sometimes further afield is on many holiday-makers’ agendas. You may also want to get the very most out of your stay with some special add-ons. Alila Diwa offers a variety of experiences which are fantastically convenient; they either take place within the hotel, or you’re picked up from the hotel and begin your chosen adventure immediately, and are dropped back afterwards – it’s as easy as that.

There are currently 11 options to choose from, covering a variety of different themes in the hope there’s something to suit everyone.

For those who want to make their holiday that little bit more special, who not go for the romantic candlelit dinner on the beach? You can dine under the stars, enjoying cocktails along with a personalised three-course menu, plus fireworks, a personal butler and more; it’s the ultimate dinner for two. Alternatively, enjoy a superb private dining experience in a tree house within the grounds.

For those looking to head out and explore, experiences such as Colva Beach and Palácio De Deao are ideal. Explore the coastal village of Colva along with its powdery white sandy beach, before a heritage tour of the Palácio De Deao; a 213-year-old Portuguese mansion and a home cooked meal.

If this wasn’t enough, Alila Diwa also provides guests with the opportunity to get stuck in and learn some new skills when holidaying here. Cocktail workshops and cuisine masterclasses provide insight into all manner of Goan specialities, and provide skills you can take home and experience over and over again.
