We’re delighted to announce this year’s winners of our prestigious Hotel Awards, recognising our top performing hotels for their continued commitment.

Our Hotel Awards are there to recognise the properties which offer the best customer service and receive stellar feedback from those who stay there. Winners are based on customer reviews on Feefo, the leading independent review company and our own holiday questionaires.

The categories for this year’s awards are as follows: Outstanding Customer Feedback, Excellent Customer Feedback and Hotel of the Year.

It’s amazing to see a real mix of hotels across all our ranges feature in this category this year, with not only hotels from our Luxury Collection, but also properties from both our Mid-Range and Value Collection as winners. Each year, we like to recognise one hotel for its quality, service and overall popularity with the Hotel of the Year award. This award is also based on Feefo scores, customer questionnaire scores and even takes staff experiences into consideration. As a result, this is the award each hotel strives to achieve.

The 2020 Hotel of the Year award goes to S antana Beach Resort for its exceptional service and all-round fantastic experience.

Santana Beach Resort is a gem of a property just a few minutes' walk from the glorious golden beach at Candolim. The hotel has a wonderfully secluded atmosphere, with winding paths snaking their way through plush, well-stocked gardens and towering palms. There are two swimming pools, and with only 55 rooms, there is more than enough sunbathing space for all guest beside the pools and on the lawn. The hotel's restaurant provides breakfast, lunch and dinner offering an array of dishes using local ingredients including fresh seafood, salads, and tasty treats from the barbecue. Santana Beach Resort remains a firm favourite with Goa Experience staff and customers.
