There are two pools on site - the Sunrise infinity pool is perfect for a few morning laps or to simply lounge by in the afternoon, whilst the Sunset plunge pool is ideal for a leisurely dip in the shade of coconut palms, surrounded by pink and white frangipani trees.
Unique character and quality
The rooms themselves have been beautifully decorated using the owner’s personal collection of art and sculptures, handpicked from her many travels around the world. They give the essence of staying in a much-loved family home, surrounded by understated elegance but still enjoying the finer things in life.
Ahilya by the Sea is also known for its excellent cuisine. On offer is an à la carte menu with elements of Goan, Italian and French cuisines and a daily 'prix-fixe' menu which highlights the fresh catch of the day. They use only the freshest ingredients from local markets, and dining is al fresco at a new spot every night.
